The executive team met at the indoor range to discuss club operations. President Richard Stewart is currently researching rules for carbine use on the 25m range. The club has 153 members registered so far for 2026.

The club has $31,413.42 in cash and $10,483.61 in a GIC for a total of $41,897.03. The city business license is complete and insurance is renewed for the year. Vice President Joe Strachan recommended prioritizing and finishing specific repair projects. There are plans to widen the driveway and stockpile fill for the 200m range.

Mark Johnson reported that 13 athletes attended a recent Scouts event. New training sessions for juniors are expected to start on February 24. Action Shooting is preparing for a double header event scheduled for June 13 and 14. Work is also continuing on a plan to present updated bylaws to the members.
