The executive team will meet at the indoor range at 7:00 pm. A guest, Joe Boutilier, is expected to attend with a book covering the history of the club.

Reports and Updates

• The President and Vice President will deliver their reports to the executive.
• Financial and membership status updates will be provided.
• Range officers from all shooting disciplines will provide current updates.
• These updates include Junior Olympic Training, Small Bore, and various Pistol groups.
• Action Shooting and Multi Gun will share progress for their upcoming seasons.

Old Business

• The executive will discuss the latest plans for Range Day.
• There will be a review of the status of the Christy Smith shoot.
• The team will discuss the new range rule signs for the 25m range.
• The project for stockpiling clean fill at the 200m range is on the agenda.
• A plan is needed for cleaning up and disposing of old pallets and garbage.

New Business

• The floor will be open for any new items or concerns from the executive.
• The meeting will adjourn following the announcement of the next meeting date.
